Amanda Misiti is the owner and operator of Rooted Boutique Events. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has served as an executive restaurant manager, operations manager, and event coordinator for many fine restaurants and resorts throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Known for her consistency, attention to detail, imaginative vision, and calm, reliable presence, Amanda is easy to work with and deeply committed to delivering high-quality experiences for her guests and clients—every time.
After building a successful career providing offsite event décor and catering services, Amanda recognized a growing need within the community for a dedicated, thoughtfully designed event space that offered the same level of care, customization, and execution she was known for. That vision led to the purchase and development of Rooted Boutique Events’ event venue, complete with a fully operational kitchen.
While Amanda’s core mission remains the same—to remove stress from hosting and allow people to fully enjoy their time together—her role has evolved.
